Bespoke Account Manager


Bespoke sits at the commercial heart of TOM MARTIN. It is how many of the world’s most iconic hotels, brands and organisations create their own collectible pieces through our Studio.

We are looking for a Bespoke Account Manager to own and grow this side of the House.

This role sits between the client, the Studio and Operations. It is about relationships, storytelling and delivery in equal measure.

The role

You will be the main point of contact for our bespoke client accounts, from first enquiry through to final delivery. You will guide clients through the creative process, manage expectations, protect the House standards and ensure projects are commercially sound and beautifully delivered.

You are not a sales rep. You are a trusted partner to our clients and a steward of the TOM MARTIN brand.

What you will do

You will manage inbound enquiries from hotels, luxury brands and organisations. You will develop and communicate proposals, timelines and pricing for bespoke commissions. You will brief the Studio clearly, translating client needs into strong creative direction. You will coordinate with suppliers on packaging, production and delivery, and manage approvals, samples and artwork sign off. You will build long term relationships that lead to repeat commissions and multi year partnerships.

As the Bespoke channel grows, you will also play a key role in shaping how projects move through the House, with the opportunity to develop into a more senior operations or delivery focused role over time.

What we are looking for

You are highly organised, calm under pressure and commercially minded. You have experience working with premium or luxury clients, ideally in hospitality, fashion, jewellery, travel or retail. You understand that strong relationships are built on trust, clarity and consistency. You can speak confidently about creative work without needing to be the creative yourself, and you care deeply about quality and detail, from packaging finishes to timelines and tone of voice.
