Finance & Operations Co-ordinator
As TOM MARTIN grows, the complexity of what we do grows with it. We work across multiple suppliers, currencies, clients, production partners and fulfilment routes.
We are seeking a Finance & Operations Co-ordinator to sit at the centre of this, supporting the business and ensuring it runs cleanly and profitably.
The role
You will oversee the financial and operational systems that underpin the House. You will ensure invoices, payments and reporting are accurate and up to date.
This role can be fulfilled by a specialist agency or an experienced part time professional.
What you will do
You will manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, client billing and payroll. You will support month end reporting and liaise with external accountants. You will ensure VAT, duties and international shipping costs are correctly recorded.
What we are looking for
You are highly detail oriented and process driven. You have experience working with growing businesses, ideally in retail, manufacturing, luxury or international trade. You are comfortable working with multiple suppliers, currencies and delivery routes. You understand that in a creative house, financial clarity is what allows great work to happen.
