Marketing & Communications Coordinator
TOM MARTIN is a House built on story, craft and reputation. Our marketing is not campaign led or volume driven. It is about carefully placed visibility, long term brand building and quiet authority.
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to steward how the House is seen, spoken about and discovered. This role can be fulfilled by an individual or a specialist agency on retainer.
Role overview
You will be responsible for managing TOM MARTIN’s outward voice across digital channels, press, partnerships and client communications. Everything we publish, send or share should reflect the tone, quality and values of the House.
Working closely with Tom and our PR partner, you will help build a consistent, premium presence that supports both our Bespoke commissions and our own collections.
What you will do
You will manage content and tone of voice across the website, email and social channels. You will coordinate launches of collections, collaborations and special projects. You will work with photographers and creatives to source and oversee imagery, ensuring it aligns with the House style. You will prepare client and customer communications, supported by insight and performance data. You will maintain a library of approved imagery, copy and brand assets, and you will support events, pop ups and partnerships through clear, elegant storytelling.
You will also translate what is happening inside the Studio, the Workshop and Operations into outward facing narratives that feel considered, beautiful and true to the brand.
What we are looking for
You have experience working with luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, fashion or design led brands. You understand that good marketing is not about volume, but about consistency, taste and timing. You have excellent written English, a strong visual eye, and an instinct for how brands should be presented. You are organised, discreet and comfortable working behind the scenes.
You care about long term brand stewardship more than chasing trends.
Working model
This role is ideally suited to a part time consultant or specialist agency on a monthly retainer. The House benefits from continuity and deep understanding rather than bursts of campaign activity. We value long term partnership over short term outputs.
