We are now seeking a passionate and driven Project Coordinator to join the business and help grow our commercial activities and aid the coordination of our bespoke offering.

Role Overview

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the completion of exciting internal projects (especially as we celebrate our 15th anniversary this year), while also supporting our high-profile and discerning bespoke clients. You will ensure their product needs are met with exceptional service and attention to detail.

This role combines client relationship management, project coordination, and creative collaboration to deliver both own-brand and private-label projects that reflect our ethos.

Key Responsibilities & REQUIREMENTS


Project Management & Coordination

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of bespoke and internal projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to delivery.

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

  • Liaise with design, production and operations to ensure project specifications and client expectations are met.

  • Identify potential challenges and proactively address them to keep projects on track.

  • Ensure all bespoke and private-label projects adhere to quality standards and are completed within agreed budgets.

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, contracts, and correspondence to ensure seamless project execution.

    Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client project updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.

  • Manage expectations and resolve queries efficiently to maintain strong client relationships.


Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the design team to translate Project briefs into stunning product concepts.

  • Offer an enthusiasm to provide creative input on design adjustments, ensuring the final products align with both the client’s vision and TOM MARTIN’s standards.

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal teams.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for design, and craftsmanship.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two weeks are the same.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
